Nikki Heldt

Nikki has a wealth of knowledge and experience teaching yoga classes. She is an expert in Yoga Flow and runs all of our classes. 


Danny is respected and well established Yogi. Specialist in Kundalini and Hatha, Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

“I am honoured to provide Sound Therapy healing via group sound baths, 1:1s and drum workshop facilitation. I am an accredited sound therapist and experienced multi-instrumentalist. I have a passion for music as music is medicine to me. You can expect a wide variety of soothing sounds and healing vibrations played from the heart. I specialise in Didgeridoo, Tibetan Singing Bowl, Crystal Pyramid, Shaman Drum, Native American Flute, Gong, jaw harp, tanbura and many more.

I create a journey across my ancient influences for you to relax, enjoy and self heal. You may find me with a guitar jamming along to The Beatles, The Doors and Led Zeppelin so please don’t hesitate to say hello, ask any questions or ask for a brew. Along with our beautiful team, I welcome you to our safe community space and I greatly look forward to meeting you

John Welch

John is a 500-Hour Yoga Alliance accredited teacher, who studied and practiced in the foothills of the Himalayas. Guided by a Himalayan Yoga Master of a truly ancient lineage, John experienced the transformational and evolutionary nature of yoga. His teacher stressed the importance of understanding, practicing and ultimately experiencing yoga as an integrated science, consisting of various techniques and technologies.

Through Vedic Meditation, Himalayan Breathwork, Hatha, Mantra and Transcendental Wisdom, John finally began to understand and experience the true essence of yoga; a feeling of union, liberation from separateness, and a re-discovering of the infinite potential we all hold within ourselves.

John feels honoured to have the opportunity to now share these practices with those who feel called, and invites you to join him for:

  • ‘Yoga Journeys’: 2-Hour Integrated Yoga practices consisting of Pranayama, Hatha, Kriya, Mantra, Meditation and Vedic Wisdom, with truly evolutionary and transformational intentions.
  • Himalayan Breathwork: Classes dedicated to Pranayama and Kriya Breathing techniques of yoga. Each practice will consist of intelligently sequenced breathing practices, designed to enliven, awaken and ultimately transform the mind and body.
  • Meditation: Introductions, explorations and expansions for meditation practices of all levels.
